Private Tea Tasting
We hold private tea tasting events. These events are to allow sitting down and enjoying a selection of teas from our tea room. Very enjoyable and informative. The events are usually held after 18:00 so we are not disturbed by others. Min. 10 people £13 each. There are a few options available for you to try:
Tasting 1: 7 different Teas from Black to herbal.
Tasting 2: 4 different Teas. Oolong and White, Pu-er and Tea Flowers.
Tasting 3: 5 different herbal and wellness blends Teas.
You can also request the teas that you would like to try; we can tailor for almost any situation. Sweet and savoury snacks provided.
Chinese Tea Ceremony
The performance is inspired by Chinese tea culture and will convey important elements within this culture. This includes where the tea is grown and produced, the flavor of the teas. The performance will concentrate on distinctly different types of tea all of which are unique in their production, taste, aroma and look. All 5 of your senses will be catered for during the performance, for not only will you see the tea being prepared and hear the relaxing music, but you will also be invited to taste, smell and feel all the teas as well. All the tea used is the best premium quality loose leaf tea. Traditional yet creative, the event embarks on a journey of the tea ceremony with traditional Chinese music and the contemporary dialogue that will refresh your senses.

Gong Fu Cha (Taiwanese tea ceremony) is translated as "the highest art of tea." We could create tea tastings outside our Tea Room. Tea masters will fill the space you are familiar with special atmosphere and colourful aesthetics east; hold a spectacular ancient mystery of tea by the fire, will introduce you and your guests to a variety of Tea.
Traditional tea party assumes the existence of "three jewels". Firstly, it is a real collection often with its unique properties, and secondly, the participants of the action - our dear guests. In general, all known methods of tea can be classified into three categories: the most common - the tea as a beverage, tea - food or medicine and tea - a cultural value. Chinese tea ceremony "Ping Cha” -
Simplest variety of tea ceremony. Tea is brewed with hot water 6-15 times. This way you can make any tea from our collection. Only dry fruits, honey and nuts for nibbling!!!

Tea preparation on open fire by the method of Lu Yu -
Ancient tea ceremony on open fire, intended for all teas, but not for oolong and jasmine. Boiling water and tea preparation looks very spectacular; the taste of tea is obtained a particularly strong. Included special tea snacks prepared from natural product.

The ceremony of "Gong Fu Cha" -
Translates as "High Skill tea,” this ceremony for oolong tea only. Gong Fu Cha includes the preparation of water on an open fire, brewed in the special clay teapot and enjoyment of taste and aroma of the tea steam. Compliment with homemade sweets and treats from organic ingredients.

Chinese Green Tea
The world leader in wealth range. Traditional Chinese. Popular varieties of elite tea: "Dragon Well", "Gentle peony", "Emerald spiral spring." Infusion of a transparent, light, colour from pale green to honey, depending on the type of tea has a pleasant fresh aroma. Allowed few brew, and repossess more useful to the body properties.
Black Pressed Chinese Tea or Loose Leafs

Red Tea

Yellow Tea
Expensive, elite tea. Infusion from pale green to pale amber differs surprising softness and velvety taste with a hint of tartness. When brewed, the surfacing spikes up and then settle to the bottom of the kettle, not losing a vertical position.
Oolong Tea
Partly fermented Chinese tea, Infusion of a transparent, pale-green to golden-red hue depending on the variety has a soft, but dense and rich flavour and a rich aroma. Allowed some brewing, in which tea changes the taste and aroma, giving them more and more notes.
White Tea
Exquisite gourmet tea, one of the most expensive. Refers to the poorly fermented. In "Iron Phoenix" you can buy elite Chinese tea popular varieties: Silver Needle white haired, white peony and other infusion of fresh tea, transparent, pale-green to slightly yellowish tint. Has a soft subtle sweet taste and special aroma combining floral and herbal notes.
Jasmine Tea
Refers to the flower varieties combines the taste and aroma of green Chinese tea and jasmine flowers that are dried for flavouring with tea leaves, or add to the finished tea. Jasmine tea will prefer to buy those who appreciate the amazing combination of delicate taste of tea leaves with a rich aroma of jasmine flowers. Very good for the liver.
Herbal Infusion or Tea Supplements
